Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method Delivery Time
We exclusively cooperate with UPS to deliver all packages. We only provide shipping service within the United States, international shipping is not supported.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions.
3. Shipping Cost
All orders enjoy free shipping, no extra shipping fee required.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number to monitor your package status online.Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Delivery Issues
- Lost/Stolen Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received goods, please contact UPS firstly, then email us within 7 days.
- Damaged Items: Contact us right away with relevant photos once you receive broken goods.
- Incorrect Address: Customers shall take charge of accurate shipping information. We are not liable for missing parcels caused by wrong addresses.
6. Shipping Restriction
We currently only support delivery within the United States and do not offer international shipping services
7. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm approval, we will complete refund initiation within 3-5 business days. The actual arrival of funds in your account depends on your card issuing bank, generally it takes another 5-10 business days.
