Refund policy

1. Valid Return & Exchange Period

You can apply for return or exchange within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods. Applications beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with original tags, labels and complete original packaging intact.
  • No stains, scratches, wrinkles or man-made damage on the dresses.
  • Clear product photos need to be provided if required for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance sale items, customized products and personalized tailored dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Underwear, intimate apparel and accessories that affect secondary sales are not supported for return.

4. Return Shipping Rules

  • Customers need to bear the return shipping cost by themselves.
  • We do not provide free return shipping service.
  • Please use regular logistics to send back goods, we only cooperate with UPS for outbound delivery, not mandatory for return delivery channels.

5. Processing Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service via email info@connysdress.com to submit return application and related pictures.
  2. Wait for our official approval, then send the goods back according to the designated return address.
  3. Fill in return logistics information and send it to us for record.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned goods without problem, we will confirm the procedure.

6. Refund & Exchange Processing Time

  • After inspection passed, we will initiate refund or arrange re-delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • The fund arrival time depends on your payment institution, generally need another 5-10 business days to arrive your account.
  • Exchange goods will be arranged delivery according to normal order processing cycle, 1-3 business days for arrangement.

7. Other Regulations

  • We only support return and exchange service for orders delivered within the United States.
  • All returns shall comply with our payment and shipping related regulations.
